How do i know that total approx number of students taking science, commerce or arts after 10th?

i just want to know that how many students are taking science or commerce after 10th? and what is the main reason for taking particular subject? can you give me detail about how many students prefer engineering, doctor or any other career option and among all the students how many of them taking Law as a career?
