Whose rotation is really better, the phillies or yankees?

Phillies, considering CC is the only really good pitcher on the Yankees and Id put him 3rd in the Phillies rotation. They get wins because they have power hitters who take advantage of how easy it is to hit homers in Yankee Stadium. Nova is shaky, Hughes is as well. Colon is old and fat, you cant depend on him despite him being damn solid so far.
