My Vizio's color is WAY off, can someone help me out?

I've tried tinkering with with the color settings but no matter what I do, everything is off. Everything was working fine and when I turned on my tv for the first time today, everything went wonky. Reds are more Bluish/gray and people on tv look like they are ghoulish! I went to settings and reset everthing, but still no luck...am I screwed here or does someone have any ideas?
