How do I report disability fraud?

I know one extremely bad abuser among hundreds who smooch off the system in the town I live in, anything to suck off the system, but always enough money for drugs, booze and the fine things for personal use. They are a hostile bunch, paranoid to be found out, rude and arrogant.
