Was the prosperity of black people in America part of the Jews' plans?

As we know, Jews ran the trans-Atlantic slave trade. But the good Jews are among the most civilized people on the planet and they would never oppress anyone. So did they do it because they knew that blacks would be better off in the U.S. than they were in Africa? Or was slavery necessary to empower the White American Solutreans to fight off the remaining pockets of Red Indian invaders?
