Do most vampires in fiction have blood flow...?

Far as I know in the few vampire movies I have watched,as I do not have that much interest nor obsessions with vampires,they do not have blood flow,they survive on the flow from everyone and everything else. Flip side so tired of these same questions on vampires,werewolves,mermaids,does anyone think on anything else,have to wonder.
